Warehouse wireless is not office wireless
Handheld scanners sit near the floor, racking is metal, stock height changes weekly and APs hang 10-14 metres up. An office-style grid will fail. Our warehouse WiFi surveys combine a first-pass predictive model with AP on a Stick testing in the aisles.
We design for barcode/RFID scanners, vehicle-mounted clients, voice picking and any office mezzanine on the same site. Nationwide including Midlands distribution parks, ports and 3PL sheds.

Common questions
Do you survey while picking is live?
Usually yes, with site induction and an escort. Live stock is the correct RF environment to measure.
Is APoS always required?
For high-bay metal racking we strongly recommend it. Low-bay light industrial can sometimes proceed from a well-informed predictive design plus validation.
