Office WiFi is a density and interference problem
Open plan, glass meeting rooms, concrete cores and neighbouring tenants on the same channels are the usual reasons UK office WiFi disappoints. A proper office WiFi survey maps secondary coverage for roaming, not just a green blob on the landlord's CAT drawings.
Use a predictive survey for a CAT-A/B fit-out, then a passive survey after occupancy when furniture and people are in place. We work vendor-neutral with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba and others.

Can you survey a live office?
Yes. Passive surveys do not take the network down. We only need access to floors and, for active tests, a test SSID.
Do you cover serviced offices and multi-tenant buildings?
Yes. We model neighbour SSIDs and recommend channels and power that can coexist with other tenants.
