WiFi survey cost in the UK
There is no honest one-price WiFi survey. A single-floor office predictive design is a different job from a multi-day warehouse APoS. Here is what actually drives the quote - then we price your site properly.
What affects WiFi site survey cost?
- Survey type - predictive is usually the most economical; APoS costs more because of time on site.
- Floor area and floors - walking time and reporting scale with m² and storeys.
- Access windows - nights, weekends and NHS/education induction add time.
- Drawings quality - clean scaled plans reduce predictive effort; missing CAD increases it.
- Travel - we survey nationwide; remote sites may include travel in the quote.
- White-label reporting - MSP branding is available; tell us on the form.
Indicative UK ranges (not a quote)
As a planning aid only: compact predictive surveys for small offices are typically in the low hundreds of pounds. Full on-site validation of a large office or school is often four figures. Multi-day warehouse APoS sits at the top of that range. We will not publish a fake "from £X" that does not match your building - send details for a firm figure.
How to keep cost down without cutting corners
- Share scaled floor plans up front
- Say which SSIDs and bands matter
- Combine design + later validation only if the build will change
- Book adjacent sites together if you have a multi-site estate
